The approach focused on simplifying complex investment concepts, building trust through consistent communication, and creating multiple entry points for engagement across varying levels of investor familiarity.

Implementation:

A multi-channel funnel was deployed to support the full investor journey. Social and paid media campaigns generated awareness and initial interest. Educational webinars introduced the fundamentals of hotel investment, while targeted information sessions provided deeper insights into the Tru by Hilton Redlands project. Supporting assets, including pitch decks, visual content, onsite video, and LinkedIn campaigns, reinforced messaging and guided prospects toward conversion through a dedicated landing page.

Outcomes:

The campaign delivered strong engagement across all channels, including high email open rates and consistent audience interaction. Webinars generated over 450 registrations and 146 live attendees, with some investors progressing from initial awareness to commitment within the 90-day period. The invite-only landing page achieved a 17.4 percent click-through rate, supporting deeper engagement. The capital raise closed successfully, and the Tru by Hilton Redlands is now under construction.
